Meetings are networking opportunities and always fun!!!
- Share your expertise and network with your colleagues.
- Learn about CARF requirements and legislation.
- Obtain continuing education contact hours for nursing certification renewals.
We hold educational meetings followed by a light dinner every other month from September to March and social events in December and May. Every April we host a half day workshop. Profits from this workshop support the Shirley Denson Scholarship fund. Shirley was an active former member who passed away from Cancer serveral years ago.
Members that attend three meetings in one year (the workshop counts as a meeting) are entered into a drawing for a paid registration at the National Conference held in the fall of the year proceeding the drawing. The drawning is held during the June social event.
